Days 1 to 7

The basic step, slow, then slower. Weight, landing, knees. How to practise for an hour without wrecking your joints or your neighbours.

By Day 7: the step, clean, at half tempo.

Days 8 to 14

Backwards step. Tempo. The transition that catches everyone out. Getting from 140 to 180 without your feet falling apart.

By Day 14: full tempo, both directions.

Days 15 to 21

Arms and upper body. Linking steps. Reading the track so you land on the kick instead of chasing it. Then you stop copying and start doing your own thing.

Do I need any experience?

No. Day 1 assumes your legs know nothing. That's the point of a system: you don't need talent to start, you need order.

I already dance a bit. Too basic for me?

Week 1 will be fast for you. Weeks 2 and 3 won't. Speed, control and reading the track at 180+ BPM humble everyone.

How much time per day?

One lesson and one drill per day. You choose when. Miss a day? Nothing breaks, pick up where you left off.

How fast will I see progress?

How much space do I need?
