Terms of service

This is the agreement between you and Hardcore Mania when you buy Gabber in 21 Days or subscribe to MANIA VIP. Plain version: the course is yours to learn from, forever. The videos and the music are not yours to copy, share, post or teach from.

1. Who you are dealing with

The Services are operated by Hardcore Mania, a business registered for VAT in Italy under number 03329770600. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. By buying from us or by using your account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy and do not use the Services.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 16 years old to buy from us or to hold an account. If you are between 16 and 18, a parent or legal guardian has to agree to these terms with you and is responsible for the purchase, because under Italian law that is what makes the contract stand. If you are under 16, this is not for you yet.

3. What you are buying

Gabber in 21 Days is a one time purchase: 21 video lessons, 21 tracks, and access to the members area. Everything unlocks immediately, there is no drip.
Lifetime access means for as long as we run the course, not for as long as you live. If we ever have to shut it down we will tell you in advance and give you a fair chance to finish. It also means we are not promising the members area will exist unchanged forever: lessons may be re-shot, improved or replaced.
Updates are included. If we add lessons or re-record existing ones, you get them at no extra cost.

4. MANIA VIP

MANIA VIP is a separate monthly membership. It renews automatically every month until you cancel, and it is charged at the price you were shown when you subscribed. That price does not change for you unless we tell you in advance and give you the chance to cancel first.

You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep the membership until the end of the period you have already paid for. What happens to money already charged is in our refund policy.

5. Paying

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. The price that counts is the one displayed on the checkout page at the moment you place your order.

If a payment fails or is reversed after we have given you access, we may suspend that access until the payment is settled.

6. What you may do with the course

When you buy, we give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to watch the lessons and listen to the tracks inside the members area, for your own practice. That is it, and it is genuinely a lot: you can train on it for the rest of your life, in your bedroom, at a party, wherever you like.

7. What you may not do

The videos and the music stay ours and the producers'. You may not:

download, record, rip or screen capture the lessons or the tracks, beyond the normal streaming inside the members area;
copy, edit, remix, re-record, recreate or make derivative versions of any of it;
share your login, resell, lend or give access to anyone else. One purchase is one person;
upload, repost or stream the material anywhere, publicly or privately, including social platforms, messaging groups, file lockers and torrents;
use the material to teach, run classes or build a course of your own, whether you charge for it or not.

If you do any of this we can close your account without a refund, and we can pursue the matter further. We would much rather not.

8. The 21 tracks, specifically

The tracks are made by real hardcore producers who licensed them to us for this course and nothing else. They are for listening and training inside the members area only. They are not cleared for DJ sets, live streams, radio, your own videos, social media posts, edits, remixes or any other release, whether or not you make money from it. These are not our rights to hand out: they belong to the artists, and we are not going to give away something that is theirs.

9. Videos you send us

If you send us a clip of yourself dancing, for feedback or for anything else, it stays yours. You are telling us that it is genuinely you in it and that you are free to send it. You give us permission to watch it, to reply to it, and to show it as an example of the community's work, unless you ask us not to. Ask us and we will take it down.

10. Dancing is a physical activity

Hakken is jumping, at speed, for a long time. It is a workout, and like any workout it can leave you sore, out of breath, or on the floor because you misjudged a kick. You train at your own risk. If you have a heart condition, a joint problem, an injury, or you are pregnant, talk to a doctor before you start, not to us: we make dance lessons, we are not medical anything.

Warm up, use a floor with some give in it, do not train on a full stomach, and stop when your body says stop. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries you pick up while training. Look after your knees. You will want them later.

11. Refunds

The 30-day money back guarantee applies: 30 days, one email, money back. The details, and how it works with MANIA VIP, are in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.

12. Your account

You get in through a link sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox secure: whoever can read it can reach your account. Tell us at Hardcoremania11@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it. Keep your email address up to date, because it is how we reach you.

13. Things we can change

We may improve, reorganise or replace parts of the Services, and we may update these terms. If a change matters to you, for example a change in what a membership costs or in what it includes, we will tell you before it applies to you. Changes are never retroactive: what you already bought stays what you bought.

14. Our responsibility, and its limits

We do our best to keep everything running, but we do not promise the site will never be down or that every video will always play on every device. Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us.

We also do not promise results. We can teach you the technique and give you a floor to work on. How far you take it is your business, and frankly that is the interesting part.

15. Law, and if we disagree

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep every protection your local consumer law gives you, and you can bring a case in the courts of the place where you live.
